Description
John P. Gagnon, owner of JP’s Bistro Inc. (204 US Route 1, Unit 5), is requesting approval for a new permanent food service establishment license. The application is attached. The state food service license has not yet been issued for this location, but an approval for their previous location through December of this year is included. The applicant must obtain a valid state license before opening. The application has been reviewed by staff from Police, Fire, Public Works, and the Community Development Department. There were no concerns.
