Public Hearing and Order to approve a new liquor license for JP's Bistro
A public comment period will be included (5 minutes per person).
ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Description
John P. Gagnon is requesting approval for a new liquor license for JP's Bistro, 204 US Route 1.
Liquor licenses are issued by the Maine Bureau of Alcoholic Beverages. All new licenses require a public hearing and must be approved by the Town Council before being sent to Augusta.
The application for a new liquor license and the order are attached.
