Update and discussion regarding the Town Council Annual Retreat and FY2020 work plan.

Description
Each year, the Town Council holds a summer retreat at which it adopts an annual work plan. Councilor Kuhn will make a presentation describing the Council’s top priorities for the 2019-20 year.
A PowerPoint presenation will be offered at the meeting. This presenation will be attached on this page after the Town Council meeting.
