Summary
Order to (i) postpone the annual meeting to swear in Councilor-elects from the third Monday in June to the third Monday in July, (ii) establish a regular Town Council meeting for the month of June on June 22 and, (iii) cancel the regular Town Council meeting on July 27.

Description
At is April 27, 2020 meeting, the Town Council passed an order to postpone (i) the Town’s regular municipal election for members of the Town Council and the School Board, and (ii) the school budget validation referendum to vote on the 2020-2021 school budget as adopted by the Town Council, from June 9, 2020 to July 14, 2020.
Section 206 of the Falmouth Town Charter requires the Town Council to meet on the 3rd Monday in June following the regular Town election to have Councilors-elect be sworn into office. Due to the postponement of the election, the Town Council June and July meeting schedule must be adjusted.
At this meeting, the Council will consider an order to (i) postpone the annual meeting to swear in Councilor-elects from the third Monday in June to the third Monday in July, (ii) establish a regular Town Council meeting for the month of June on June 22 and, (iii) cancel the regular Town Council meeting on July 27. (Note – there will be a special Town Council meeting on June 15 that has already been scheduled by the Town Council. No other meetings have been scheduled for the months of June and July.)
