Order to change the date of 2020/2021 Council meetings impacted by holidays.

ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Description
The following regularly scheduled Council meetings for the 2020/2021 Council year conflict with a holidays:
September 28, 2020 conflicts with Yom Kippur - move meeting to Wednesday, September 30.
October 12, 2020 conflicts with Indigenous Peoples' Day - move meeting to Wednesday, October 14.
The only December meeting will be held on December 7, 2020.
