Public hearing and order relative to renewal of permanent food service establishment licenses for: European Bakery (395 U.S. Route 1), Hannaford (65 Gray Road), Shaw's (251 U.S. Route 1), and Walgreens (33 Depot Road).
A public comment period will be included.
ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Description
European Bakery (395 U.S. Route 1), Hannaford (65 Gray Road), Shaw's (251 U.S. Route 1), and Walgreens (33 Depot Road) are requesting approvals for the renewal of permanent food service establishment licenses. The applications and state licenses are attached. The applications have been reviewed by staff from Police, Fire, Public Works, and the Community Development Department. There were no concerns.
