Summary
Public Hearing and order for a Special Amusement Permit for Bueno Loco Restaurante to allow acoustic live music.

Description
The Falmouth Code of Ordinance requires establishments licensed to serve alcohol to apply for a Special Amusement Permit for any entertainment, music or dancing on their premises.
Bueno Loco Restaurante, located at 240 U.S. Route 1 is requesting the following permits:
- Class II. All the privileges allowed in Class I Permit (Permit for live performances of music, provided nevertheless that the Class I permit shall limit the holder of same to three (3) live musicians or singers performing within the restaurant structure. No dancing or floor show entertainment shall be allowed on the premises holding a Class I permit) plus dancing within the restaurant structure to recorded or live music with no limitation upon the number of live musicians or singers.
The type of entertainment provided will be acoustic/live music. The entertainment will be provided in the back of the dining room on occasion (one or two times a months) for a few hours during the restaurant hours of operation.
