Description
This item is associated with item #6 on the Council agenda. This proposed checklist of submittal requirements is referenced in Chapter II-22 of the Code Ordinances and outlines the initial information required to be submitted by requestors of ordinance amendments. These submittal requirements have previously been reviewed by the Council at the September 30, October 14, and November 9 Council meetings as part of the Council’s overall consideration of creating a process for the Council to use when reviewing requests for ordinance amendments.
