Summary
Order to approve a supplemental appropriation from undesignated fund balance not to exceed $35,000 to complete the development of a Unified Development Ordinance.
A public comment period will be included (3 minutes).
ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Description
Kendig Keast Collaborative has been working with the Ad-hoc Zoning Committee and Community Development staff to complete the complete reorganization of all land use based ordinances. This effort has proven to more complex than initially assumed and will require additional time above and beyond the approved scope of work. The Ad-hoc Zoning Committee strongly supports the completion of the project and the additional cost. Attached to this item are a cover memo from Karen Farber and Amanda Stearns, a project report outlining the history and status of the project, and a message from Bret Keast, President of Kendig Keast.
