Summary
Order to adopt amendments to the Route One and Exit 10 Design Guidelines to incorporate changes required under the US Supreme Court decision Reed v. Gilbert.
A public comment period will be included with this item (3 minutes).
ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Description
The design guidelines were reviewed by the Community Development Committee as part of a comprehensive review of permanent sign regulation as a result of the Reed v. Gilbert US Supreme Court decision. These guidelines are not a zoning ordinance and require a separate action of the Council to adopt them. The order for adoption is attached.
