Summary
Order to authorize the Town Manager to execute a quit claim deed for Map U16, Lot 001 Block 00G.
A public comment period will be included (3 minutes).

Description
The outstanding sewer charges have been paid in full on 11 Knight Street.
On June 27, 2013, a Sewer Lien Certificate was filed in the Cumberland County Registry of Deeds. After the Sewer Lien Certificate is recorded, the property may be redeemed within 18 months only by full payment of sewer charges, interest, and fees. If the sewer charges, together with interest and costs, has not been paid 18 months after filing of the certificate, the lien automatically foreclosed and the right of redemption has expired. For the taxpayer to regain title to the property, all the taxes, interest and fees must be paid to date and a quit claim deed must be executed and filed at the Cumberland County Registry of Deeds.
