Summary
Order to approve a one-story, 985 square foot building addition to the Family Ice facility at 20 Hat Trick Drive.

Description
Family Ice is seeking to construct a one-story, 985 square foot building addition to the existing Family Ice facility at 20 Hat Trick Drive. The purpose of the proposed addition is to accommodate a new girls locker room. Under the terms of the 1998 lease agreement between Family Ice and the Town, Family Ice is required to obtain Town Council approval for the design and location of all buildings and improvements on the property. In addition to needing Town Council approval, Family Ice will also be required to obtain Minor Site Approval for the project from the Planning Office.
Attached are the following:
- A cover letter explaining the project;
- A plan set showing the proposed floor plan of the locker room and a partial building elevation;
- The 1998 lease agreement between Family Ice and the Town;
- The MOU between Falmouth Hockey Friends and Family Ice.
