Description
As part of their work plan, the Town Council requested the Conservation Commission to research and prepare a recommendation to restrict the use of pesticide applications in Falmouth. The Commission has worked in collaboration with a diverse group of stakeholders including town staff, other municipalities, Falmouth businesses, and landscape companies to gather input and feedback on proposed language within the recommended ordinance.
Attached is a draft of proposed ordinance language and a list of resources used by the committee in their research.
