Public hearing and order relative to renewal of permanent food service establishment licenses for: Dockside Grill, Handy Boat Convenient Store, Shaw's, and Ricetta's.
A public comment period will be included (5 minutes per person).
ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Description
Dockside Grill, Handy Boat Convenient Store, Shaw’s, and Ricetta’s are requesting approvals for the renewal of permanent food service establishment licenses. The applications and state license are attached. The applications have been reviewed by staff from Police, Fire, Public Works, and the Community Development Department. There were no concerns.
