Summary
Order to authorize the Town Manager to enter into a Purchase and Sale agreement amendment on 40.11 acres of land abutting the Falmouth High School property.

Description
The Town Council approved a purchase and sale agreement at the July 22, 2019, meeting. The total acreage has changed from 40.5 to 40.11 acres. The addendum also clarifies the Town's request to have an access point from Field Road. The attached addendum reflects this change along with a prorated reduction in the sale price. The attached addendum has not yet been agreed upon by the seller. An updated addendum may be attached prior to the Council meeting if there is a counter proposal suggested by the seller.
