Summary
Public hearing and order relative to renewal of permanent food service establishment licenses for: Dockside Provisions (215 Foreside Road), Ricetta's Brick Oven Ristorante (240 U.S. Route 1), Walmart (206 US Route 1), The Woodlands Restaurant, and The Woodlands Snack Shack (10 Woodlands Drive).
A public comment period will be included.

Description
Dockside Provisions (215 Foreside Road), Ricetta's Brick Oven Ristorante (240 U.S. Route 1), Walmart (206 US Route 1), The Woodlands Restaurant, and The Woodlands Snack Shack (10 Woodlands Drive) are requesting approvals for the renewal of permanent food service establishment licenses. The applications and state licenses are attached. The applications have been reviewed by staff from Police, Fire, Public Works, and the Community Development Department. There were no concerns.
