Order to accept the proposed Warranty Deed from Paddock Way, LLC for "Open Space 1," being approximately .81 acres as shown on the Paddock Way subdivision plan.

ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Description
The Paddock Way and Kilarney Way subdivision plan (attached) includes a .81 acre parcel, "Open Space 1." The Council is being asked to consider accepting the parcel along with its consideration of accepting the two streets as public streets (Item 7).
