Description
This item is associated with item #6 on the Council agenda. This proposed amendment to the fee schedule incorporates fees associated with requests for ordinance amendments under Chapter II-22 of the Code Ordinances. These proposed fees have previously been reviewed by the Council at the September 30, October 14, and November 9 Council meetings as part of the Council’s overall consideration of creating a process for the Council to use when reviewing requests for ordinance amendments. (The new proposed fees associated with this item are highlighted in the fee schedule for reference).
