Description
Sea View Homeowners Association, represented by Land Design Solutions, has submitted an application for street acceptance of Seaside Way. The Council first discussed the application at its October 26, 2020 meeting and expressed interest in moving the application forward for further consideration. At that meeting, the Council discussed whether to accept the Seaside Way eyebrow and had questions regarding how the Seaside Way application and other pending street acceptance applications would impact snow plowing and the Seaside Way pavement width. The applicant has provided the attached documents in response to these questions. Jeff Buxton, Street Superintendent and Acting Public Works Director has prepared a memo (attached) describing the amount of time needed to plow Seaside Way with and without the eyebrow. At this meeting the Council will be asked for guidance on accepting the eyebrow.
