Item 1	Public Hearing on an ordinance amendment to Section 19-23.11 of the Code of Ordinances relative to extending the time limits for development under the Tidewater Master Development Plan for one additional year. A public comment period will be included with this item (5 minutes per person). ACTION: Schedule order.
Item 2	Update regarding the Route 100 infrastructure project. A public comment period will not be included with this item. ACTION: Council action is not anticipated.
Item 3	Update, discussion and public comment on projected cost increases associated with the renovation/expansion of the Falmouth Memorial Library. A public comment period will be included with this item (3 minutes per person). ACTION: Council action is not anticipated.
Item 4	Introduction of an ordinance to establish a moratorium on medical marijuana caregiver retail stores. A public comment period will not be included with this item. ACTION: Schedule public hearing.
