Burn Permits

There are currently three ways to apply for a burning permit in Falmouth:

1.  You can apply in person at the Falmouth Police Department located at 2 Marshall Drive after 9 am.

2.  Online through the State of Maine for a fee by clicking on this link:  Maine Burn Permit Application

3.  Free online at the Warden's Report using this link:  Warden's Report Burning Permit

Burn permits are not given when conditions are not favorable for outside burning and any permit holder must be present at all times and follow the guidelines printed on the permit.
