Summary
Order to authorize the Town Manager to accept easements from five property owners along Middle Road for the public use and maintenance of storm drain culverts on private property.
A public comment period will be included (3 minutes).
ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Description
As part of the reconstruction of Middle Road, the Town has identified five properties that require an easement in order to construct the project as designed. All five easements are necessary to replace and extend the existing storm drain culverts. These culverts convey stormwater from one side of Middle Road to the other.
A draft order and related easements are attached.
